FAQs

Quick answers to the most common questions we get.

How much does it cost to repair a screen?

Small jobs usually start around $60. Larger or custom replacements vary, but we are transparent before starting work.

How long does a repair or replacement take?

Most repairs are done in a single visit, often the same day. Larger projects (like multiple screens or doors) may take a little longer, but we work efficiently.

Do you make brand new screens, or just repair old ones?

Both. We can rescreen your existing frames if they’re in good shape, or build completely new custom-fit screens if needed.

What types of screens do you work on?

Standard windows, sliding patio doors, hinged screen doors, and custom-sized frames. If it’s a screen, chances are we can fix it.

What areas do you serve?

We serve along Davis, Salt Lake, Utah, and Summit County

Do you have a minimum service charge?

Yes, we do have a minimum to cover travel and setup. In most cases, that works out best when we repair or replace a few screens at once. Reach out and we’ll give you an exact number before booking.

Do you repair sliding screen doors that don’t roll smoothly?

Yes! We replace worn rollers, adjust tracks, and re-screen your sliding door so it glides easily again. In some cases, the track is too damaged or bent that we can't get a smooth roll but that doesn't mean we won't try!

How and when do I pay for the service?

Payment is due after the service is completed and we take cash, checks, cards and Venmo. Our emailed invoices include a link to pay online with a credit card or, if you prefer, you can mail a check to the address on the invoice.
